1984 Com-Pac 23 in excellent condition. A great example of this coastal cruising yacht. This is a well cared for boat currently at a marina on a fresh water lake in central Florida. Draft 2.25 feet Beam 7.8 feet. A great cruising boat for local coastal sailing, stable, comfortable and good looking. New porta loo, gimbal stove, recently overhauled sails etc. VHF radio, new compass.

Thank you Boatguy 30, much appreciated and the also the marina where the boat is currently has one subject to arrangement.
It's a superb boat but I no longer have time to justify having the boat, hence the priced to sell figure!
