Perhaps you should work just a little harder and tell us just which of the many Cheoy-Lee ketches you are offering to sell us. IIRC they range from 25 to well over 40 feet in length.

This is a Off Shore Luders Design 33" with a perfect draft full Keel for the Islands and anywhere these vessels are top of the line in construction the fiberglass is 1" thick.

This Cheoy-Lee Sailboat is located in the Florida Keys. We have taken out of the water and have put the mast inside our house. This is a 33' Ketch only draws 3 and 1/2 to 4 feet of water which makes it perfect for cruising anywhere. We have eliminated the exterior bright work except the mast which we use a two part ultra violet process. The inside of this boat has new cushions, the stove was never used or the discharge system up to current requirements this boat is a coast guard documented and has a 110 air condition unit we have never used. The engine is repowered with a westebeke 30 hour power. Two many extras to list. It needs exterior work new bottom paint, the hull could be algriped has a pulpit that is awesome on this boat roller furling sails are in like new condition. I could take some pictures. We have a older survey that you can look at. We have owned two other Cheoy-Lee's and Love them very seaworthy boats. Because she does need some work we are selling her for $12,000.00 below market value. Let me know if you have more interest. We are firm on the price because of all the extras we have and have put some money into the new cushions cost us $2500.00
