Does the chartplotter have preloaded charts. Is it the 6.4" color and does it have built-in GPS?

No charts.

No GPS antenna, there was an external one that was left in place and hooked up to the new (larger) chart plotter

Ports: seatalk / sonar /pwr-nemea

It has the weather cover as well.
