Want To Buy: Catamaran around 40ft

I live in Manila/Philippines, so a boat in South China Sea would be easier for me to look at. I will travel far if I like Your boat, but please do not let me fly if there is Osmosis or such. It's a waste of my money and time .

The boat should be sound, no major flaws, ready to go. I love the ones that are well looked after but am willing to make minor adjustments, too. Ex-charter no prob.

If it's younger than 2005 it might be to expensive.
