I posted on here about 18 mnths ago regarding our business that was
for sale in Spain! so, things have rather changed, we have leased out our beach front freehold restaurant meaning it can be owned by any nationality without the need for
work papers, etc! You just get the managment company to wire you the
money monthly generated from the rent to where ever you are in the world! We are looking to
trade for a 37-44ft sailing boat! there are photos of the property here
