The boat is literally a luxury home on the water. This boat was my dream realized and I wanted it to have everything I could imagine to cruise safely and live comfortably. Unfortunately, my circumstances have changed. My loss is someone else's gain, as they say. Everything is new or hardly used. The boat was only used during the time it took to cruise from Les Sables d’Olonne France to Barcelona Spain. It has been sitting in Barcelona since September 2008. It is ready for cruising, needs nothing - new owner need only bring clothes to start adventure of a lifetime.

Damn that is one beautiful boat!
If I paid you $200 a week, it would only take me 40 years to pay you off!
Ok, plan B: <starts counting babies piggy bank>

In the market for a 42 to 48 ft cat to cruise with 2 kids. I like Lagoon & FP.
Do you have any info about the dinghy? engine etc...
Also do you have any solar panels installed?
Washing machine?
Is there any more photos you can send me ?
Thanks!

zazie -
there is a dinghy available but not included in the price. it was bought new in 2008, it is an apex, 11 foot, two inch hypalon rib with steering console, upholstered seat with seat back that includes two fishing pole holders, electric start, of course, new battery purchased two months ago, speedometer and tachometer, electric bilge pump, stainless steel steering wheel, fiberglass bow locker/seat with 6 gallon fuel tank, with yamaha 20 horsepower engine with approximately 20 hours that has been fully serviced and runs flawlessly; outboard motor lock and separate stainless steel cable (appx. 2 meters) covered with plastic and brass combination padlock to lock dinghy. i have multiple spares of fuel filters, oil filters, spark plugs and lower case oil.
i do have a solar system that was purchased for the boat comprised of three kyocera 55 watt panels, an outback 60 amp mppt charge controller and all installation/mounting accessories. the solar system is in california (boat is in barcelona) and is not included in the price. if i don't sell the boat, i will ship it to barcelona and install it next year atop the bimini.
i will try to post more pictures next week. it is a holiday weekend here in the u.s. and i will be on my other catamaran until next wednesday.
let me know if you have any other questions...
mike.

contact by phone?
Mike,
Thank you for your response. I also sent you a couple emails and I am not sure if you got them.
At this point, I would love to have a chance to talk to you by phone and ask you a few other things. We are serious and in no real rush but interested to talk with in details about budget etc...
Please call my cell when you have a moment @ 443-223-7959. We live on the East Coast in Annapolis so we are 3 hours ahead.
Talk to you soon and enjoy the long week end.
Valerie

Correction: the Kyocera panels are 135 watts each, not 55 watts. I'll give you a call, Valerie.
Mike.

True - however in all fairness - that is the price of the base boat without options and before outifitting - not to mention the time involved post delivery.
"Aqua" was ordered with over $100K in factory options and another $60K was spent outfitting her for luxury cruising.
An "apples for apples" replacement would cost approximately $600K.

What a boat
That is the best buy i have ever seen.if i did not have my 440 i would be at the airport now. With those options and inclusions its a better investment than property and shares. Buyers move these deals wont be around in 1-2 years
