Our 2001 Beneteau is a two cabin, shoal draft Oceanis 411 with in-mast roller furling in excellent condition. She has never been used in charter. The engine is the Westerbeke 44A Four with less than 900 hours. There were 2 previous owners. Near as we can tell, she was slightly used as evidenced by the 400 hours on the engine when we purchased her in early 2011. Since then we have made numerous upgrades; here are a few that come to mind:

• Air Breeze wind generator: new 2011
• 420 watts Solar panels: new 2012
• 2000 watt inverter: new 2012

• Fujitsu navigation tablet PC with gps and AIS
• Battery monitor: new 2011
• Battery charger: new 2011
• VHF radio with integrated AIS and remote mic: new 2011
• Ubiquiti Bullet 2HP long range WiFi system: new 2011
• Factory rebuilt transmission: new 2011
• Anchor wash down system: new 2011
• Battery combiner: new 2011
• LED lights throughout salon and cabins: new 2012
• LED masthead anchor light: new 2012

When we purchased her she was equipped with:

• Yamaha 4 stroke 15 HP outboard (in excellent condition)
• Caribe 10 ft dinghy (in poor condition)
• AC/heat 2 zones
• Auxiliary 50 gallon fuel tank
• Dinghy davits and outboard hoisting system
• Electric windlass
• Two anchors complete with chain and rode

The boat itself has fully met our expectations.The wind and solar give us complete electrical autonomy. We can even run the microwave, vacuum cleaner, blender, etc on most days without ever needing to run the engine to charge batteries. About the only thing one might consider adding down the road is a water maker. She is currently located in Stuart, FL
