For Sale: Beautiful sailing Skiff

It has become time to sell me beloved sailing skiff and trailer. I scratch built the Jordan designed Footloose from plans in 2000 for our family vacations on Cape Cod. Built from the finest materials she can be rowed, sailed or with a small outboard, motored. Flat bottomed with a retractable centerboard she only draws a few inches and is the ideal safe beach boat for kids or adults. Hull is mahogany marine plywood laminated in Dynel cloth and epoxy for toughness. Sprit rigged mast is laminated Sitka spruce finished bright. Two rowing positions for the beautiful Shaw and Tenny spoon oars. Tanbark sail and all hardware in bronze.

I stripped all the Interlux paint that the hull was originally finished with and sprayed the outer hull with 10 coats of white gel coat last fall that will need to be sanded and polished out by new owner as well as a couple of other minor cosmetic issues. If the boat was perfect cosmetically I would be asking double the price.

Boat is currently at my home in Nyack, NY $2,500.00
