Autohelm ST50 Depth Display

Autohelm ST50 Depth Display worked fine when removed from service. I upgraded to all new B&G electronics.

$125 plus shipping (or pay and pick up at SSCA Melbourne GAM)

Re: Autohelm ST50 Depth Display

Hi Sorry I missed your autohelm package could you possibly define how you interfaced the Brooks and Gatehouse equipment model numbers? with the autohelm drive motor. I am not a big fan of Raymarine and would like to look at options

Re: Autohelm ST50 Depth Display

Piece of cake. The B&G AP computer has power and clutch outputs. you just hook up the wires from the existing drive. The drives are almost all made by the same manufacturer I am told and just labeled under different brands. The B&G manual also discussing connecting to a variety of types of drives but in all cases it is about as simple. I used the B&G fluxgate compass and rudder position sensor so had to make a small bracket for the rudder arm but that was just a matter of what was on my boat. You may be able to just use your same old connecting arm to the rudder position sensor.
