Autohelm 3000

I found this on a boat I had. I never used it and I don't know how to test it.
Its a wheel pilot 2 belts. 2 power heads. 2 wired remotes. 1 large and 1 smaller controll head. No wheel ring. Looks in good shape. Listed on ebay usa. Thanks for looking

To test it, I would connect everything together ... no need the wheel and power the control head .. then manually put 30deg port or starb and see if the motor turns .. try to put it on AUTO, choose the course to steer and then move the control head (that has the compass inside) and see if the motor turns in the right direction to compoensate your motion ...

Note: If anyone is interested I have a complete Autohelm ST3000 as well as a bunch of spare motors and belts for sale or trade ..
