I don't know where you get slip price guidelines from? It almost sounds dictatorial?
My slip is not located in Oriental Harbor. It is also reasonably priced for the size and location. It is located in Whittaker Creek
which is a more sheltered location from storms. My slip price is 109K
due to the size and location. It will accomodate any size boat and is in a private area of the marina out of direct traffic as well.
I hope you find someone who wants your slip. Its really hard right now alot of us are getting ready to move on like me and selling or new places are opening up like pecan grove selling slips

Thanks gordy. Its a really great place to live in oriental, its just that we finally are ready to jump south this fall and think it would be best to part with the slip and move on with our plan..
