These are the plastic 'disc springs' seen on the top of Andersen winches, Andersen part number RA726310. This Disc Cap is apparently used on 12ST, 18ST, and 28ST winches, though not on the particular 12ST found on my boat, so be sure you need this part number before bidding. These are $25 each from a discount vendor, btw.

I've got one on Ebay now, but I'll sell the pair of them for $30 plus shipping.
