For Sale: '98 Island Packet 37 - Coming on the Market Soon !

I am preparing my Island Packet to be sold this spring / summer. Varnish, wash + wax, are scheduled for first week in May. I am working on the description, a website, taking plenty of actual photos.

Just in case someone is already looking for a "new" boat, she will be worth to be looked at! She went through an extensive refit during the last 3 years!

She is lying in Annapolis right now (slip prepaid until July ) and will be ready to start to cruise anytime.
A new owner could take her up the coast for the summer and migrate South in the fall. I wish it could be me :-(.
