Standard Horizon VHF/Auto Pilot/Garman GPS
40 hp Isuzu Diesel motor with new Head Gasket.
New Prop and Tranny. (I will install before closing the sale.)

This vessel is is cold molded (glass over wood) very seaworthy and structurally sound. You will not find a sailboat with a
stronger stuctural design than this. She is extremely fast ( 19.7 knots top recorded speed) well equipped, and extremely comfortable.
Her only negitive is that she needs a little TLC - Topside/Bottomside paint, sail covers and cosmetic upgrades.

$30k is less than half of this boat's value once painted, and a steal of a deal for a well equipped Trimaran this size. Sale is due to relocation to care for an infirmed family member.

$30,000 cash FIRM! Will consider carrying financing for the right person with $15,000.00 down and $600.00 a month.

We are currently out of state but can arrange for you to go aboard and view the boat. If you are local, the boat can be seen from the Coronado Bridge and Tidelands Park (Take Binoculars) on Coronado at the base of the bridge. We can retun to close the deal for a serious buyer.

Additional photos and info is available on the Horstman web page for this vessel at http://www.edhorstmanmultihulldesigns.com/specs/TRI-45_3view.pdf and our craigslist post at 45' Trimaran *Ultimate Liveaboard/Cruiser

Note: The pictures on the Horstman website are this exact boat although the Deadlights (windows) along the outer hull were professionally removed and glassed over during a complete Refit and total fiberglass job on the hulls by a previous owner in the late 90's. Also, the interior layout is different (FAR BETTER) than the one displayed in the schematic style photos.

For someone who is good with their hands this is the deal of a Lifetime. A small amount of effort and she will shine right up. This boat is literally a floating beach house with all the creature comforts of home. She was specially designed to be comfortable, durable, and fast.

Please respond with contact information if interested!

The last survey was in 2000, not sure if that would even be considered "semi-current".

Anyone who knows anything about this trimaran? Maybe you have your boat in that area and would like to check it out briefly?

Did you actually mean to use the word "sinking" in your post? It isn't the slightest concern. All three hulls are in perfect structural condition and the boat has never taken on a drop of water.

Also looking for detailed pictures.

I am in Hawaii and my binoculars are proving inadequate to help me determine if a flight to look her over is well advised.
