Sorry for the late reply.
The woodwork needed is mostly aft.
Wooden base under wind gen pole
Edge of lazarette hatches at hinges (openings are aluminum)
The spinnaker sheet cleat to port sits on a wood block that is bad
The rails under the companionway hatch are suspect.
The weatherboards are crappy.

A good portion of the deck hardware is bolted including cleats, hatches, stanchions, winches, tank fills, etc.

that's nice,
the reason I asked about deck hardware is because ive seen a lot of metal boats get super corrosion around where cleats, stanchion bases, blocks and such have been bolted with SS hardware. that doesn't take long to deteriorate the metal around them, but im thinking in your case, there is good insulation between SS bolts and AL deck plates.

I realize that the ideal way is usually to have everything welded with no penetrations. However, the paint around all the fittings seems to be in good shape and that generally is a favorable indicator of what is happening underneath.

Roger that,
But I am also thinking that all your stays and shrouds are fastened to padeyes and not chainplates, am I correct?
