Answer to anchor question: Main anchor is a 44LB BRUCE Claw on 250ft of BB 3/8 chain leading to the windlass. Second anchor is a 23LB FX23 Aluminum Fortress typically carried at the stern arch until needed -then brought to the port roller attached to 40ft 3/8 BB chain and 200ft 5/8 nylon-this can also be hung from a fitting on the bowsprit to be at the ready.

Answers from owner: All the Raytheon electronics are from 2009 except Radar which is from 2005. There is also a Edson portable hull step.

Good luck in getting a good deal. It will sell well I think. A very good ocean cruiser that is very comfortable at anchor as well.

"Same interior".. can often spot the hand of Ted Brewer(and obvious others) from often simple design specifictions such as the species of the wood (too a degree) , style and arrangement of interior woodwork , below deck cabin layout in general etc..of course the "Bite" is always a give away.. IMO someone that was interested in a true "world cruising blue water sailboat" couldnt go wrong with a boat like this..I aint being biased either..Really..

Yes there is a Life Raft. It is a 2006 Winslow Offshore 6 Person Model SLOP. It is stored on a aft deck cradle with its custom cover.
