Want To Buy: 40' or larger cruising sailboat in the PNW

Looking for a 40' or larger sailboat in the PNW. I would prefer a diesel motor and Fiberglass, steel or aluminum hull(s).

My primary use would be a live aboard cruiser. Not looking for a big project, but a little TLC is expected.

My available budget is ~40k, but I also have some trade items including a Bluebird RV, Biodiesel Toyota 4runner, and vintage tube guitar amp heads (Vox, Laney, Hiwatt, Sunn, etc.) PM me for details.

I would expand my search outside of the PNW, (I am in Portland) but I am helping with the care of a terminally ill relative, and cannot leave the area for any length of time. I would consider delivery arrangements.
