ELIXIR is a remarkably dry boat, designed by M. Dufour built La Rochell, France. She was sailed in 1975 to Jamaica, then the Cayman islands. and on to Panama. Where she stayed for 6+ years as the owner (original and only owner until now) was associated with the US Military. the boat has been thru the Panama Canal twice.

She was sailed back to Miami and stayed there before coming to Marco Island. She has been in the area for the past 10-12 years. The owner has meticulously maintained her and added extra accouterments to make thing nicer and easier for comfort while sailing etc.

Sleeps 6, satin finish mahogany interior, mahogany and holly cabin sole. Forward cabin has V-berth with filler. Next aft is enclosed head to port, hanging locker to starboard. The main cabin a settee to starboard, dinette to port which opens to a double berth. Aft to starboard is the nav station with quarterberth with galley to port 6'4"+ headroom, white (custom made) upholstery. w/ Terry cloth covers. The galley is equipped with a stainless sink; top loading ice box's three burner propane stove with oven.

Dark blue fiberglass hull (Imron); white fiberglass deck with non skid; (the deck was repainted w/ AllGrip while in Miami. Prep job was poorly done and after a few years paint is flaking off.) I pressured washed most of the loose paint off. THE DECK WILL NEED REPAINTING.

fin keel skeg hung fiberglass rudder; (3) Goiot opening deck hatches; (3) non-opening ports; (2) cockpit lockers; (1) lazarette locker; anchor locker on deck drains overboard.Manual windless that works perfect.

NOTE.. WAY TOO MUCH EQUIPMENT TO LIST HERE. INTERESTED PARTIES NEED TO COME AND INSPECT VESSEL.

Good Luck

Great looking boat. I know you will sell it fast. Could you tell me where you got the dingy davits from. They look like they would work great on my boat. Thanks and good luck with your sale.

The dingy davits were custom made by the 1st (and only owner besides my parents) He made a lot of custom parts for the boat.. They actually disconnect and come off.. Thanks..
