30% of a 1892 Morgan Out Island 416 ketch

1982 41' Morgan Out Island ketch maintained in very good condition. Seattle.

For sale is a 30% fractional ownership for $26,000.
Monthly expenses average around $220 (for the 30% share)

She is well maintained with annual upgrades to various systems and the usual annual maintenance schedule.
Two separate cabins (fore and aft) with their own en-suite heads (one manual and one electric head) and showers.
Enclosed heated cockpit as of 07/2013
Forward V berth can make up into a single large berth or as two singles.
Salon table converts into a double bed.
Settee converts into a berth for a short person which makes the max sleeping occupancy eight - although there is a captain's birth which can add one more berth if needed, but which is usually used for food storage for longer trips.
Electric windlass, 600ah house gel batteries (6x100ah) plus one engine starting battery.
2,500w inverter for AC
Microwave, propane stove with grill (3years old) fed by two tanks, refrigerator & separate large icebox, barbecue with dedicated propane tank. Double stainless steel sinks amidships. Pressure water for hot and cold throughout. Water heater uses either 110v shore power or engine coolant system to heat. Diesel burning furnace in salon. Cockpit heating system recently installed, runs off engine.
New mizzen sail as of May 2013.
10' inflatable hard bottom dinghy (3years old) on davits with 5hp two stroke engine.
Radar, GPS, Knot speed, Depth, Mounted VHF with remote mike (with spare VHF).
45lb CQR anchor with 300' 5/16" High Test chain. Two spare anchors (35lb CQR + Danforth) with 200' rope rode.
Draft: 4' 02" enables her to get into shallow anchorages.
Hourglass hull shape with 9,000lbs lead ballast keeps her sea-kindly and steady in rough seas.
Water tanks: 210gal (in two tanks) with small-micron carbon filter.
Fuel tanks: 90gals (fuel consumption ranges between 0.6 and 1.2 gals/hour - averages around 0.8gal/hour)
Holding tanks: 30gal + 20gal = 50gal
Engine: 62hp diesel with >2,000hrs (6kts @ 2,300RPM - max RPM 3,300). Burns 0.8gals/hr.
Moored in Elliot Bay Marina which is convenient for access to the Sound as well as being a very well run and maintained marina with plenty of free parking. Boat is in last slip of dock which makes docking easy.

You sure about the boat's year as listed in your title? 1892??

A conversion to steam is possible but unfortunately I cannot change the date of manufacture.
