tank leaks when your uncomfortly heeled
I think that's it. If you come look at the boat ill be happy to point out the good and bad, I promise to be the most honest owner of a boat in this price
range u look at to buy.
It's a great boat for Biscayne bay and the keys and can handle the Bahamas
I'm only selling because now after doing all that work the wife fell in love with another boat that's bigger and more of a project and we just made an offer and I don't want to own 2 boats.
The boat is in a slip in dinner key marina and can be shown at any time.
The price is negotiable but only a little after that if we start taking things off, the first to go would be the autopilot
after that would be the dinghy
I have pictures upon request.
