2005 Yamaha 2-Stroke FOR SALE

This is a sneak peek, before I put this item up on eBay.

Due to our incredibly long distance (4 miles each way) distance from our car, we opted for a new Honda 4 Stroke outboard in order to save $$ on fuel.

So... I have a used 2005 Yamaha short shaft 2-stroke outboard for sale.

It'll be going up on eBay soon, unless someone on here wants to make a fair offer for it. It's enough power to get me, my wife and groceries up on plane with a 9' Rib. Not bad.

Recent service includes:

*New Plugs
*New Impellor
*New Lower Unit Gear Oil

Needs a zinc - the one on there is getting old.

Starts up and runs fine. Photos will be posted on Sat of me flying around with the thing powering our RIB.

Please respond on here, if interested. My PM mailbox is reaching an exploding point, no matter how many times I clear it out. I'm having a lot
of trouble with the space limit on there.

A link to the type of outboard:

Thanks...

Hey Sean,

What horsepower is the 2 stroke. Those little yamaha's are about bulletproof. For someone wanting a lighter engine the 2 stroke is a great option for more horsepower for less weight.

Yeah, they are pretty popular motors. Much lighter than the Honda I got - about 30lbs lighter!

It's an 8 horse. I can't believe I forgot to add that! DUH!

This one's got it's share of bumps and bruises - cracks in the plastic cover, nicks, etc... but it was a little workhorse.
