2-Aluminum Propane Tanks

2, 10# aluminum propane tanks. Both need new valves ($23, each installed around here)

$75 for both tanks, picked up at 34224. (Englewood, FL)
Have no idea if they can be shipped.

I too am interested, but if the tanks are too old, their use will be negliable.

Re: 2-Aluminum Propane Tanks

FWIW, I just had our expired alum 10# tank recertified at my local propane dealer, $9. Good for another 5 years!

Re: 2-Aluminum Propane Tanks

Calypso: Great to hear that the threads did not gall, and that the tank passed pressure test, and that your new OPV valve was free........ Were you looking for an AL tank? Or just passing a little gas!

Re: 2-Aluminum Propane Tanks

Ah, pesa, I'm sure he didn't do all that for $9, so apparently I've found a "helpful" tech....

A set of letter/number stamps for a few bucks at Harbor Freight and you are good to go.
