1985 Pacific 30

Pacific 30 Bermudian masthead sloop, 1985
Ray Richards well designed fibreglass cruiser with three quarter encapsulated kneel and skeg mounted rudder. Insulated hull with beautiful teak interior eliminates condensation.

This structurally well built cruising sailboat handles well in challenging seas and makes sailing safe and a pleasure. Copies of all surveys from 1985 to present.

Bottom painted and out of water survey June 2010 reporting, good condition. Safety netting running fore and aft combined with cockpit dodger with aluminum grab frame provides security for friends and family.

Ironman sleeps 5 comfortably, ITT Par head, 25 gal holding tank, 2 stainless steel fuel tanks ( 65 litres) , 30 gal water tanks with cleanout, full galley, ice box, 3 burner stove and oven with lots of storage from bow to stern.

The Dickerson bulkhead propane heater makes it comfortable on cool nights. The Yanmar 13 hp well maintained diesel is dependable and easy to maintain with easy access through water proof cockpit hatch and access door in galley. Achilles 7’Hypalon Dinghy (new 2009).

The Campbell sailing prop will push Ironman at 6 knots. Moored Point Roberts, easy access to San Juan’s and Gulf islands.
