For Sale: 1985 Catalina 27 for sale

This is not a project boat. Soiree is in great shape, and we have used her on fresh water, year-round, nearly each weekend. We are making the big move to liveaboard in salt water though, and she's too small to go with us.

She is in lovely condition, with all the typical Catalina amenities including 2-burner alcohol stove, full Groco head, newly remade mainsail, 110% jib and colorful asymmetrical spinnaker. She also sports a new 9.9hp Yamaha 4-stroke, high thrust engine (<50 hours) and a new heavy-duty Gearhaur engine mount.
