Air conditioned, 2 Pro-furlers up front, keel steeped mast, solar charger with controller to maintain the 2 battery bank, Edson wheel steering and pedestal, newly completed topside brightwork with Tropical teak oil, ST4000 autopilot, 2GM Yanmar diesel, Garmin 172C chartplotter, 2 burner Origo 4000 alcohol stove, shorepower and shorepower cord, lots of bumpers and new docklines, pressurized water, custom hanging locker fabbed with aromatic cedar, newly rebuilt Jabsco manual head, brand new Sunbrella fabric cushions throughout, including cockpit, lifelines all round, teak cockpit table, VHF marine radio, 4 chrome Lewmar #7 winches, all 3 sails freshly resewn/inspected by sail loft, new bottom paint this spring, new marine out of water survey in April 2013, valued at 35,000.
