Broker had it for $83,500 but I will sell by owner for $55,500 before end of August. I have no
contract with the
broker so i can sell on my own. But after August then broker gets it to sell.
Previously owner was Commodore of a local Yacht club for about 8 years he then also bought this vessel 7-8 years ago. I have owned for 2 years.. He paid $110,000 for this vessel and then has spend well over $15,000 in upgrades. I also have made upgrades but we live to far away to have much fund with the vessel. We just got back from a almost 1 month in the San Juan's too much fun. But we can not keep coming up for here as we are getting older and well you know.
