For Sale: 1973 Balboa 26 w' Trailer

Hi, Unfortunately I must part with a Balboa 26- 1973 as I am losing my storage. She is sitting on her trailer in Brownsville, Texas where she has been for the past 15 months.
She is complete with roller furling and a 9.9 HP Johnson. All standing rigging is in good shape but I would change the running rigging after the layup. The rudder with tiller and cover are there as well. I have redone the spreaders and they are ready to go. I can throw in a new bilge pump if you need it.
The interior in very clean with the original map table but the outside needs a little paint on the starboard side and a really good scrubbing after sitting for so long. All the lifelines are in good shape as is the stainless steel stem and stern. 2 compasses as well.There are numerous sheet lines, an anchor with rode and a lot of stuff in the lockers that I haven't even looked into yet.
The trailer is in good shape and only needs a couple of tires. It was towed from Alabama to Houston, then down to Brownsville.
I have over $2900 into her as she sits and I would like to get $1800 for her but I will listen to offers. I do NOT want to decommission her so please, someone contact me!
