1971 Yankee 30

I have decided to move on from cruising for now and in turn am selling my Yankee 30. She is well equipped and is sailed far offshore frequently. Just recently arrived in Ft.Myers from the Dry Tortugas and Keys. She is a quick, agile sailing vessel but still stiff in a strong blow and heavy seas. She is S&S designed and built in San Francisco. Most equipment on this boat has been replaced or gone over within the last few years. I just had her out of the water in September for a bottom job and the deck paint is a year old. She is a very clean and well maintained boat which gets complimented frequently. Very easy boat to sail solo or with a crew.

Equipment:
Partial battened main with 2 reefs (excellent condition)
120 genoa, jib, and storm jib all in good to excellent condition
Harken roller furling
Tiller steering
Whisker pole
Rigid boom vang
Standing Rigging replaced in 2012
Running rigging in great condition
Self tailing winches
Norvane Windvane self steering
35lbs Mantus anchor on 90' chain and 150' line
25lbs Danforth 30' chain and 100' line
11hp Universal 5411 fresh water cooled with 1200hrs (replaced circa 1993 according to records) runs well - very reliable

25 gallons diesel in tank and 2 jerry cans
Head system replaced 2013
