Nice boat... head south! If not you, then, I'd like to...

Wanna trade? I've got 2 trailer sailers, a couple of lake area cottages, and other great trade stuff... waiting for it to sell, but don't want to die of old age before my junk sells... I want to go cruising!

Thanks
Jim B

Re: 1961 Pearson Triton - $6900

It looks good. Just a couple of questions:
1. I understand East and West-Coast Triton's are pretty different boats. Is this East or West-Coast built?
2. Is it balsa cored or solid glass? If Balsa, is it sound?
3. Tell a few words about the motor/drive?
Thanks, Dan

Re: 1961 Pearson Triton - $6900

Hey just curious if the boat is still for sale? If so I would like to send you a message with a few question. I am in the market for a boat, and would like to make a deal on one in the very near future.
Thanks!

Re: 1961 Pearson Triton - $6900

Great boat. I kept a west coast 1961 up in Seattle for some years. I think the hull # was 261 but I could be wrong. My boat did not have core anywhere. There were some beefy stringers as I recall. I think it was built at Aeromarine in Sausalito. I sold mine for $12,000
