ceceline is still for sale, just put her up on ebay, not sure how that will go, trying to sell a boat is rather painful when you really do not want to sell it from the getgo!!!!Had lots of people drooling but no money yet..May just have to keep her if nothing is happening, Maybe get rid of the house instead!!!

Yes Ceceline is still for sale, apparently lack of money is the norm nowdays, we have her on ebay, so we will see how that goes, May just have to sell our house instead and camp out on the boat forever. I guess there could be worse ways to spend your time..

What is happening with Ceceline? Have you had any luck selling her.

If not, what is the state of the 4109 Perkins diesel and 2.1 Paragon gear?

Also, does the boat need rewiring? And are the galley cupboards, benchtop, stove etc. still available to re-install.

Ceceline has good wireing and a nice electrical panel , her engine and transmision is good and she has just completed her yearly mandatory state inspection and sea trial..Her Galley at the moment only has a dickinson diesel stove installed and new cupboards and counter would need to made.. The old stuff was worn out after 60 years..The head is empty but the toilet and pumpout tank is still aboard awaiting installation..We have turned down several offers including one from a museum just starting up as we wish for ceceline to last another 60 years and the prospects did not appear too hopeful...Lack of money to maintain her ect...At the moment she hardly costs us anything to keep and she seems to be just fine this last sixty years so we will just wait till that special person that loves wooden boats and has a little money comes along.. I think she will last another sixty with no problem, at least where she is .. A nice dry location like Honolulu she is withstanding the years with no problem.. Yes she is still for sale to the right person!!
