For Sale: 1/6 Sailboat Share $5000

I am selling my share in a 1987 36ft Catalina sloop. 6 of us share usage and expenses on the boat currently moored in Man O War in the Abacos. It is in excellent sailing condition with new main and bimini. It also has a chartplotter,autopilot,elec. windlass, dinghy and outboard. Full cooking utensils and all linens. Each partner can use it up to 2 months a year and since most partners only use it 2-4 week there is plenty of time available. We are set up as a LLC and have an operating agreement w/contract. We have an online calendar, so when you want to use the boat after checking it you submit your time. When you are ready to sail, you call the marina and they will bring it to the dock for you arrival. I am selling my share for $5000 and the yearly mooring and maintanence fees are $1440 a year.We do some of the work ourselves to save money. So for less than $1500 you can sail for 2 months. Some of the partners have also talked about moving
the boat at some point for a season or 2 in the Virgin Islands. I would like to have my share sold by January. Anyone interested, I can send plenty of photos. Thanks, Bill
