Trash Chute?

Has anyone found the OEM for the galley trash chute and lid that FP uses? It seems a lot of models use the same one. I would like to replace mine with the same model. I've seen very similar ones on Lagoons also.

Caution: don't put paper towels soaked with acetone thru the plastic trash chute, the plastic immediately turns a terrible shade of brown. Now our trash chute looks like it was used for head!!

Re: Trash Chute?

Maybe have one made up out of stainless or aluminium and be done with it. As I recall it is basically just a tube with a lip on it right?

Re: Trash Chute?

We had a trash shute and lid (galley bin next to sink) turned from some wood, stained to match the galley panels, fitted a flush draw pull and it all looks very smart.
