Lucia 40: Lucia Manual Bilge Pump System Upgrade Replacement

Because the manual bilge pump option / system on the lucia can clearly not meant to beserious. And is kind of useless in a case of emergeny I want to replace upgade it as soon as possible. Did somebody already upgraded / replaced it and has any ideas to that topic.

Looking for an manual option including hulls in case of electric failure

hello,
the hose of the manual pump is quite long
Nether tested on the Lucia but on the lipari it was long enough to go downstairs on the hulls .
should try ?!

There should also be pick up fittings secured to the ribs/bulkheads near the keel where the blue corrugated manual bilge hose can be attached. The hose easily makes its way down either companion way to these locations.

Hopefully a test is not required.
