Life Lines, Railings and Trampoline
New FP Helia 44
And look, no stern hand rails again.
I am guessing that FP is not reading the CF.

Re: Life Lines, Railings and Trampoline
I have to apologize to FP for saying that they were missing the stern hand rails.
Maybe they had seen my first post and added some.
Sorry FP.

Hand Rail
A few Helia 44 owners have said they are adding another hand rail down the port and stb. walkway.
Anyone thinking of purchasing a Helia 44, should consider adding these in as an upgrade.

Re: Life Lines, Railings and Trampoline
If anyone is interested we replaced our trampoline and are selling the factory one. It's only 6 months old and in great condition.

Railings Cup Holders
Helia 44 Owners,
If you’re looking for good rugged boat cup holders that will last a long time, then try Snapit.
We have been using them for 15 years now and they still look new.
We added these Snapit cup holders to the 1 inch SS vertical bar under the bow seats for when you have those dolphin sightings and have to put your drink down.
Snapit Single Drink Holder R001K (for 1"rail ) $12.32 each

We have a bunch of them all over the boat in different shapes and sizes and depending on the rail its attached to.

Re: Life Lines, Railings and Trampoline
How much fire am I going to draw if I comment on their so called styling?

Re: Life Lines, Railings and Trampoline
I have two of them and don't know how you can fault their styling (if you're talking about the cupholders, lol). They're about as basic, functional, and unobtrusive as they get. They snap on, but are secure, and have enough friction/tension that they stay where they are put.
They're awesome. I have them on the grab bar at my helm and they swing out of the way under the Navpod when not in use. Great product. I think they're made of Starboard material. Pretty bullet proof and easy to clean.

Re: Life Lines, Railings and Trampoline
Helia 44 Owners,
We added some longer pulls to the pelican hooks on the stern lifeline gates.
The gates are so much easier to open now.
You can make these with some small line using the cobra knot.
