I tell you what it is, from personal experience.
They are pig headed and don't respond to customer's complaint.
They say "that's how we do it, you are the only one with this problem" and similar phrases.
They will make you wait and wait because most people get fed up and give up on smaller claims.
If you insist, eventually the keep their warranty promise, but they do not change their production/assembly methods as they still think they know everything.
Example: all(?? the ones I have seen at least) their cats suffer the same problem with the rudder
arm assembly that comes loose, a simple problem to resolve at construction time, but relatively more difficult to correct later.
For several years they have been told by a service
team I know; they will pay for the modifications, but will not change their production system.
Now tell me if that makes sense!
