Fractional share

My partner and I have 3 years of upgrades and hard work into this 2008 FP48 that is now successful in crewed charter operation we run with our captain and his wife. We are selling 1 or 2 shares to folks who have similar needs - rules are simple. Your time is your time. You can participate in charter income, or just sail her away as you wish. For us, $160k/year charter income covers many costs. After a couple more years, our shares will be consumed sailing (not chartering), but your time is your time. see web site at Catamaran The Sweetest Thing

We have been fractional owners for 3 years now (with each other) and it's worked great. Found each other on this forum years ago. if you want to learn more, e-mail to wade@yachtsweetestthing.com

Re: Fractional share

If it so successful, why would you want to share the revenue?
What's the price of the 33% of the Salina?
