My partner and I have 3 years of upgrades and hard work into this 2008 FP48 that is now successful in crewed charter operation we run with our captain and his wife. We are selling 1 or 2 shares to folks who have similar needs - rules are simple. Your time is your time. You can participate in charter income, or just sail her away as you wish. For us, $160k/year charter income covers many costs.
