By the tie I got there, Alexandre had taken over and would not give them the OK to proceed, would not answer emails or return phone
After 1 months of frustration, all issues were fixed in just over 1 day.
It was MS that eventually took my side, told me to go ahead and that they would get FP to sort out payments.
Alex ignores you because he knows that most owners just give up and abandon the claims.
So as far as I am concerned thumbs down for FP and thumbs up for Multihull
