We have the European 2 round pin Berker Integro Flow like this:

Try searching for Berker Integro, not sure where you prefer to source but the Berker web site has their full catalogue. We sourced spares through Multihull Solutions, the Australian FP dealer, they normally replace the sockets with Aus pattern types and switches from SVB. As a last resort, you could get them from FP, no doubt at a bargain price.
