Fountaine Pajot Builder's Certificate

In trying to gain Australian Registration for my new purchase, I've been told by AMSA that the FP Builder's Certificate must be filled out on an AMSA form !! I've had no response yet from my plea to FP in France and wondered what others have done. I didn't buy the boat from FP so they owe me nothing. The real piss off is that FP's form is very similar to the AMSA form! Also I note the registration fee has increased from $700 to $1190. Cheers

Re: Fountaine Pajot Builder's Certificate

Since I bought my Salina new, FP did fill the AMSA form for me, however, I understand that AMSA should be able to accept your boat on the terms that a sisterhip has already been registered in Oz.
I am sure that there are a few Bahia already registered here.

In any case, give the people from Multihull Solution a call, they are the FP agents here and run a very friendly and efficient operation.
Ask for Richard or Patrick, they have been always very helpful with me.
