Buying a Mahe36

Hi,
I'll buy the catamaran until next year. One of the catamarans that interest me is the Mahe36. I would like to get help for two questions, both concerning Mahe36 not Evolution:
1. Which is the real capacity of the water tank? I have seen several different values​​.
2. What's in the cupboard under the chart table (see picture)?

Standard (on my 2008 Mahe) was one 70 gallon water tank">fresh water tank; mine has the optional second tank for a total of 140 gallons.

The 'cupboard' under the nav table is just a 'catch all' cubbyhole for charts, pens, etc.
