Boom, CAD drawing or exact inner dimensions and SS stanchion base

Good Morning,

I could use some help, been trying to source some exact drawing or dimensions for the Boom of the Bahia. My idea is to 3D print two 'inlets' which will be inserted into the boom which will act as glider and handling the torque for a boom crane or derrick. In order to have them printed exact to size I need the exact dimensions, radius etc of the inside of the Boom.
The whole thing came up since we are planing for a honey-comp composite stern platform between the sugar scoops (removing the davits) and don't want to add a bridge there. I like the look of the Bahia the way it is so hiding a crane in the boom is the only real option to lift the dinghy back onto the stern platform.
Does anybody got a .dwg file or has taken the effort to accurately measure the inside of the Boom?

Also does anybody got experience with the Karver KHR Reefing Hooks https://youtu.be/l2ZolFYVCY8 ? A bit expensive but I am planing on a similar but way cheaper hook and would like to know any downsides to this system.

Thanks for your help.

Ferdinand

P.S. i got the SS 316L Stanchion Bases finished now with a smoother look, mirror finish and option to hook fenders etc directly into the base.

First you have to find out which Z-Spar boom you have.

Measure the Boom Profile (Top to Bottom) and (Side to Side).

Go to Z Spars International to see the Boom profile drawings they have.

They will give you boom wall thickness in the site also.

You may want to look at VOYAGE yachts outfitted with a boom derrick. This is a handy boom mounted "crane" for lifting the dinghy in and out of the water using the halyard.

Cotemar, thanks a lot for the Info. Let's see if I get some Infos out of them
I have looked at voyage yachts but only online since there are none around here sadly, this is what inspired me to do the boom crane. I like the idea of using the empty space (hidden) inside without altering the look of the boat.
