Belize 43' vs Lagoon 41'

I'm going to be taking a "Catamaran Live aboard Cruising" course in the BVI. And I have the option of a Belize 43' versus Lagoon 41'. Which would you choose and why? There will be up to 4 students and one instructor.

THanks,

I like the Belize. Feels a little more open than a 410. Depends what year though, I might go for the 410 if it was in better shape.

Limpet,

As the proud owner of a Belize 43 for the past three years, I highly recommend you go for that model. The boat itself is much nicer, not to mention the extra 2 feet of length. We really like the wide open view from the main saloon and the spacious cabins.

Do you know which version is available (4 cabins, 2 heads; 4 cabins, 4 heads; or owner's version - 3 cabins, 2 heads)?

John

Unfortunately, I already signed up for the Lagoin 41'. We did this in the end because the lagoon was available one day earlier and flights worked out to save us about $60 a ticket.
The Belize was a 4C/4H model. I'll check it out when I'm there. Hopefully the lagoon is in good shape.

Definitely check out the Belize if you can... That would be my choice.
