Helia 44: 2016 model - Co-owners wanted!

I am taking delivery of a Fountaine Pajot Helia 44 Evolution ex factory (France) in April and due to new business commitments in Australia, am seeking one or two co-owners. This luxury catamaran will likely be based in the Med and Carib for the next 5-6 years but this is open for discussion.

Private syndicate, no company management programs, no BS. You will own equity is the vessel (certificate of title provided) with the ability to sell your share at any time on the open market.

Full price of boat approx 650,000 USD.

Time on board and share of maintenance costs proportioned to % level of investment. A 1/6th equity share would be approx 108,000 USD providing 8 weeks on board annually (4 weeks in season and 4 weeks out).

She is fully optioned with AC, 180L/hr watermaker, washer/dryer, 760w solar and cork decks.
