If I remember correctly, I believe they produced 147 Belize models before dropping the line for the Orana.

147 made there 52 for sale on yacht world.
That’s 35% of all made for sale that’s a lot .am I missing some thing as to why so many for sale. Do you see a large price drop coming?
I am planing on getting one but looking at the numbers has me worried.

I was wrong, FP produced 174 Belize models.

A quick glance at Yachtworld, I found 28 listings, with 3 pairs obvious duplicates and 3 more pair are suspicious of being duplicates. Assuming the 25 remaining are legit, only 4 are maestro version (owner's version).

It looks like the a good portion of the listings are coming out of charter. You'll find pricing varying all over the place on ex-charter boats with some sellers very motivated.

The average price of the 4x2 models is $250,400 US and the 3x2 models $440,600 US.

I won't speculate on future prices, it's a market, they'll go up or down, or may even stay the same.

If you compare those listings, many of them are duplicates. 3 listings in Marin, Martinique are really 2 boats (maybe 1). YW has a problem with brokers listing the same boat multiple times or not removing listings when they expire.
