World Chart Problem

Whenever I display the world chart (Z_World.KAP) the position of everyting is drastically off. I've attached two displays showing the boat positioned off the south couse of Florida. On the larger scale chart 11460_1 scale it shows it correctly but on the world chart it shows it down around Nicagarua. The same world chart works correctly on SeaClear.

Does anyone have .KAP of the world that works correctly on OpenCPN.

At the bottom of tis page:Pilot Charts | Official OpenCPN Homepage
there are two World Charts. One with the Magnetic Variation and one version of "Blue Marble".
I think that both works OK, but I have only done very quick tests.
