Welcome page - web link in Windows installer

Hi everybody and a happy new year!

First of all sorry for being absent for the last year, but now I am back ...!
I want to start with finishing an idea which I implemented in the Windows installer.



I am talking about the link at the bottom. It is linked to a separate domain (opencpn.info) and looks like this: "http://opencpn.info/?ref=installer&user=Gunther&lang=de_DE&version=3.0 .2"

As you can see it contains informations about the users name, the language (of the OpenCPN installation) and the installed version.

So the basic idea was/ is to have a single page (if available in the preferred language of the user) which gives the user an overview of the available sources which might be of interest for him.

But before starting to realize the site I would like to hear your proposals and ideas.

You got a good idea,

May I suggest to start with a first version and as you may know plenty of 'I would like' will be posted through this thread.
