Utility to create subsets of CM93 charts

Hi

I've made a utility to subset CM93 charts to significantly reduce installation size on mobile phones etc. Unfortunately, the moderator has asked me to not post a direct link here, but it's OK to send it by PM.

NOTE: The utility doesn't contain any charts itself and it's not a chart downloader either. It also doesn't contain any instructions or hints on how to obtain pirated charts, and I must ask everyone to neither post here nor contact me about pirated charts. Understood?

 CM93 Utility                                 (c) 2014-2015 Maison Automatique

 Synopsis: 

   cm93.exe <command> <options>

 Commands:

   SUBSET <SourceDir> <TargetDir> <route.gpx> ( <route.gpx> )*

   Subset an existing distribution to include only the files for the selected
   area. The area can be given with one or more GPX files containing a route
   with a minimum of 3 waypoints. If the route is not closed, start and 
   endpoint of the route will be connected to form a closed path.
     
     SourceDir     The folder or DVD holding the original distribution, 
                   e.g. "C:\Charts\CM93"

     TargetDir     The folder where the subset will be created.

     route.gpx     One or more GPX files, each containing a single route.

 Example:

   In OpenCPN, create a route around the Balearic Islands as in the included
   picture (Example\Balears). Be generous - the open sea and land doesn't 
   consume much data in the subset. Then go to the "Route & Mark Manager", 
   select the (unnamed) route and click "Export selected...". Save the file 
   as Balears.gpx.

   Open a Command Prompt (Windows-R and then type: cmd). The commandline
   to subset the Balearic islands would be (please adjust pathes!):

     cm93 SUBSET "C:\CM93" "C:\Balears" Example\Balears.gpx

Installation:

  Unzip the files and copy cm93.exe somewhere handy, e.g. a folder C:\bin.
  If you get a security warning, you may need to unblock the file:

 Compatibility:

   Windows Vista and later, with .NET Framework 4.0.

   This application should also run on Linux and MacOS X when using the 
   Mono Framework (|*** LINK REMOVED ***|). This hasn't been tested
   though.
