Updating CM93 charts - virtual tracing paper?
Has anyone come up with a w ay of updating cm93 charts, moved buoys etc, by having an always on top transparent window over Opencpn allowing control of Ocpn to draw new buoys, notices to mariners etc? I played quickly with one called peekthrough but didn't get very far. Something like that might be useful, for instance drawing the new Dutch TSS changes (http://www.rws.nl/images/New%20shipp...174-339361.pdf) as a layer.
Or is there another way?
