unlock the standard Vector Chart Display

Hello,

For some reason the mariner's standard on the Vector Chart Display is locked and I cant add more standards.
(Options > charts > vector chart display - Mariner's Standard)

Do you know how to unlock it?

What exactly do you mean by "locked"?
Are you sure you selected "Mariner's Standard" in the Display Category dropdown?

There is no way to "add more standards" without modifying the code (If your and my understanding of "adding a standard" is the same thing).
