Ubuntu 32 bit vs 64 bit for OpenCPN

May be someone can advise if there is any difference in OpenCPN for 32 bit or 64 bit operating system. In this case I am looking for Ubuntu. At the download page of OpenCPN doesn't appear to be any difference.

There is no difference, except 32bit architecture being dead, so your upgrade path will close at some moment.
